People often wonder about the benefits of massage chairs. Is a massage chair right for me? Will it really help? Is it worth the investment?
Did you know that getting a good massage can help in solving a math problem, increasing employee loyalty, making better decisions at work, and looking really good while doing all that?
Most of us already know that massages equal relaxation, but there’s a lot more than that. Several health issues can be managed by regular massages, in addition to boosting immunity, energy, and general wellness.
Read on to see the top 20 benefits of massage chairs, let’s see how many of them can actually help you.
Massage Chair Health Benefits
Many people think of massage chairs as luxurious pieces of furniture, but they go beyond that and offer more than occasional muscle relaxation.
Numerous clinical studies show significant improvement in blood circulation, immunity response, muscle recovery, and managing hypertension.
Before you use any massage chair, we highly recommend you get approval from your doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
The health benefits of massage can easily be associated with enhanced mobility, muscle recovery, pain management. It’s also effective in treating neck, upper back, and lower back issues.
The part that comes as a surprise to people is that regular massage can increase problem-solving abilities. That was demonstrated through medical research.
It’s also quite effective in lowering stress levels and anxiety. That’s why there are many recommendations to include massage chairs in corporate settings, hospitals, and other places where people are usually high-strung.
Giving white-collar executives and healthcare personnel massages was found to improve their mental well being, and hence their work performance. It was found to also decrease the rate of incidence of work-related injuries.
Massages help significantly in overcoming anxiety and depression and alleviating insomnia and sleep disorders. We know now that anxiety stands behind many other illnesses, so treating it automatically solves a bunch of other symptoms.
Wellness comes from a relaxed body and a serene mind. Getting massages definitely contributes to both.
Zero Gravity Massage Chair Benefits
You might perceive the word ‘Zero Gravity’ as coming from a space lab more than a luxury chair, and you wouldn’t be off the mark!
Zero gravity positioning started with the need to decrease the effects of take-off on astronauts. This was the optimal way to surmount that initial moment without straining their bodies.
Recently, the same tech was adopted in massage chairs to relieve the constant loading off of the joints and muscles.
Coupling this neutral position with a slight twist simulates a chiropractic’s routine that mobilizes discs and clears the pinching that causes sciatica.
This alignment also enhances blood circulation, increases the efficiency of breathing, and helps the body in oxygenating its extremities.
This gives the body an energy boost, relaxes the muscles and joints, it could also decrease edema, and gives an overall feeling of wellness.
The Benefits of Owning a Massage chair
Going to a spa or massage parlor is undoubtedly a heavenly experience. The thing is, you can’t have a session every day, or in the middle of the night when you can’t sleep no matter what. We discuss this more in depth in our massage chair vs. massage therapist article if you’d like to read it.
You probably won’t be able to get that pampering at work or dedicate a masseuse to perform hundreds of corporate massages either.
Having a massage chair at home or work solves these logistical problems, and gives almost similar outcomes. Play some music, or light a couple of scented candles around the massage chair and you’re all set!
The frequency of massage sessions is also worth considering. With a home owned massage chair, you can have daily massages, anytime throughout the day, and you wouldn’t even have to book an appointment.
Are massage chairs worth it? In the end that’s a decision you’re going to have to make but below we’ve listed some of the best reasons to own one.

Enhances Post-Workout Muscle Recovery
The combination of a deep tissue massage, heating cycles, and zero gravity positioning all contribute to restoring the body to a fit state after a workout.
Quicker recovery time means that with the soreness gone, you can resume your daily activities comfortably, and go back to your sports routine right away.
Reduces Anxiety and Stress
Several clinical studies demonstrated that regular massages were effective in decreasing stress and anxiety. Therapeutic massage stimulates the ‘feel-good hormones’ serotonin and dopamine. At the same time, it decreases cortisol, which is also known as the stress hormone.
The combination of both actions reverses a volatile temperament and stabilizes mood swings. In our day and age, this is a much-needed treatment for all of us. Stress and anxiety are abundant, and they can cause actual illness, not just fleeting distress.
Getting the required reprieve from stress through a massage costs less than medication, doesn’t have the side effects, and it’s much more fun.
Helps in Inducing Better Sleep
Insomnia is something most of us are familiar with. Digital devices are partly to blame for this, but it’s also caused by other lifestyle factors. The result is constant fatigue.
Massages were found to be a big help in overcoming sleep problems, and that’s one of the perks of having a massage chair at home. If you’re looking for ways to fall asleep fast, a good massage can certainly get you going in that direction.
Relieves the Pain From Sore Muscles
Muscles become sore after exercising, playing sports, or after a long day at work. The aching is caused by the accumulation of a particular substance around the muscle tissue; that’s lactic acid.
Softly massaging the raw areas increases blood flow to that spot, which brings in more oxygen and helps in carrying away the lactic acid. Another idea for how to relax after work would be a massage chair with a heating feature which may be even more effective at alleviating sore muscle pain.
Offers a Good Treatment for Lower Back Pain
75% of adults experience lower back pain in one form or another. They get it with varying degrees of severity, but those who have a severe case need to live with it as it becomes a chronic condition. If you’re wondering “what are the causes for back pain?” or “can massage chairs help with back pain?”, you’re not alone.
Regular massages improve mobility and help with pain management. There’s also a long term increase in healing.
Massages are constantly recommended by orthopedic doctors as a part of the rehabilitation protocol for lower back pain.
Decreases Stiff-Neck Problems
Most massage chairs have a dedicated massage for the neck and shoulders. This is quite successful in relieving the discomfort of a stiff neck, and it decreases the headaches that usually come with it.
Massaging that area is also inductive of decreasing stress and stimulating dopamine and serotonin. This also increases the pain threshold and helps the hurting areas to heal.
Simulates Chiropractic Maneuvers for Sciatica
Many massage chair models were designed with input from doctors and chiropractors. That has led to some impressive features and ergonomic enhancement in these chairs.
Twist, tilt, heat, and deep tissue massage are the main features that address sciatica related discomfort.
These sessions have a high success rate in decreasing that shooting pain, and keeping it at bay afterward.
Improves Blood Circulation
A well functioning circulatory system carries with it so many health benefits, and to get it pumping with vitality playing sports is, of course, the best way, but massaging comes at a close second place.
The zero gravity positioning is one of the techniques employed to decrease the loading on the heart, improving oxygen intake, and fixing several circulatory issues.
Massage also decreases stress which helps with improving the circulation, as stress increases hypertension, heart rate, and constricts arteries.
Increases Oxygen Flow to the Extremities
The same positioning mentioned in the last entry also helps in pumping more blood to the extremities.
The tissues that receive more oxygen are more able to heal, renew itself, and perform its function optimally.
Flushes the Lymphatic System
The lymphatic system is the pillar of our immunity, and it depends on vigorous movement to flush all the free radicals and toxins that pile up in its nodes.
A good massage flushes the lymphatic system, giving it more space to keep us well-defended from pathogens and to feel refreshed after ditching the bio-load that weighs down our systems.
Boosts the Natural Immunity of the Body
Good circulation, low-stress levels, good sleep, and a clean lymphatic system are all conducive to boosting the natural defenses of the body.
Several studies demonstrate that massage was effective in increasing natural immunity.
Decreases the Frequency and Severity of Headaches
Headaches are caused by many reasons. The most familiar are stress, insomnia, and a stiff neck.
A good massage helps with all three, and once the root causes are treated, the resulting headaches disappear.
Spruces Up Physicality and Intimacy
Massage can add vitality to your sex life. Stress is known to decrease sex drive and diminish physicality. Lack of sleep, back pain, low energy levels, and impaired circulation do not help much either.
Having regular massages addressed many health issues and enhances the general well being. Good circulation and muscle stimulation also increase testosterone levels in the blood.
The sum total of all these processes reflects well on intimacy and physicality.
Improves Creativity and Problem-Solving Skills
This was demonstrated in an interesting study, where the ability to solve problems was associated with receiving a good massage.
Mental clarity is a direct result of being calm and having sufficient amounts of oxygen in your brain cells.
Increases Workplace Harmony
Having a massage chair at the workplace can be one of the best ways to relieve stress and can help keep those that get to use it in a lowered stress and anxiety state.
Mellow temperament increases people’s tolerance and openness, which as you probably know can be good for moral and a healthier work environment.
Decreases Workplace Injuries
This was demonstrated in one study, where it was found that employees who received massages were more poised and in control of their environment.
A stress-free workplace is more safe and enjoyable for the people who use it.
Boosts Employee Loyalty
Massages can actually increase employee loyalty. Employees feel appreciated when they receive extra perks like regular massages. They also associate their well being with the place they work in and its management.
This creates an overall sense of belonging, and it reflects on higher productivity and a significantly lower turnover rate.
Helps Executives in Staying Mentally Fit
The most important skill that managers have is mental fitness. They need to have the ability to see what others can’t and move quickly when others are timid.
This is the opposite of the brain fog state that many of us suffer from after experiencing excessive stress and many sleepless nights in a row.
Massages wouldn’t solve corporate problems, but they’ll help executives in ditching anxiety, sleeping better, feeling energized, and regaining their enthusiasm. Massages are statistically associated with better work performance.
Alleviates Stress-Related Health Problems
Stress is a constant culprit in most illnesses. It’s usually a direct or indirect cause of a host of health issues.
Many patients who see their doctors about back pain, hypertension, allergies, digestive problems, and even hair loss, hear the same advice from their doctor: ‘try to relax’.
It’s easier said than done, but we try to maintain our positivity against all odds. It’s wise then to get as much assistance as we can in decreasing stress levels.
Massages destress our bodies through muscle stimulation, increasing oxygen levels, limiting jittery feelings, and stimulation of the feel-good hormones.
Do you know how you usually catch a cold after a particularly rough patch at work? It works oppositely too, feeling cheerful decreases stress-related health issues, and enhances wellness.
Gives an Energy Boost and Enhances General Wellness
Getting a good massage is part of a self-care routine that should bring more vitality and color to your life.
The thing about owning a massage chair, and using it to feel better, is that it automatically feeds in the positive cycle that keeps spiraling upwards towards better things.
You don’t need to be sore or aching to get a massage, quite often it’s just a treat you give yourself.
In addition to the usual features, some chairs come with a variety of international massages, or even ancient ones.
Every one of these routines can stimulate your body into different effects. Try out many approaches, see what makes you fired up for the day, and what unwinds you.
See what boosts your physical energy, what gets your brain in good shape, what relaxes you, and what gives you clarity. They’re all good.
Having a massage chair at home or work can be a good investment that turns dividends in wellness and a cheery temperament and in most cases, the benefits of massage chairs far outweigh not having one around.
Again, we always recommend you consult with your doctor before using a massage chair if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
Massages are also an economical and fun way to manage many health issues, or just to maintain vitality and wellness.
Getting massages is a great way to start a day. Play your favorite music and let your body energize for a brand new day.
When the day is done, unwind with a gentle massage, and slip out of the day’s anxiety and soreness.
Getting a massage is something that most adults think of, especially if they’re having reoccurring body pains. But, not all working adults have the time to schedule a session with a massage therapist.
You’re probably thinking of some massage alternatives that you can do for yourself in your own house. You might have thought about getting a massage chair, but you’re not sure if it’s worth the money or if the massage would be comparable to that of a professional massage. If that’s the case, then this massage chair vs massage therapist article is for you.
Massage Chair or Massage Therapist?
- Physical Contact
- Body Scanning
- Some Massage Chairs have Zero Gravity
- Privacy and Convenience
- Human Interaction
- Cost Comparison
- Massage Customization
- Massage Consistency
- Massage Variety
Researchers believe that when you stimulate specific nerve endings, the brain interprets it and sends a feeling of security and comfort. They think that the reason behind this comes from the “human touch.”
From the moment that we were born, our sense of touch has been developing by being continuously stimulated. In a sense, our understanding of physical contact has helped us greatly when we were in our developing years.
So, can massage chairs be a good substitute for having that “human touch” feel? Absolutely! Is it as good as the human touch? No, the sole reason for this is because it’s only a mechanical device; it can’t fully copy what a person can do.
Today’s high-tech massage chairs scan the body and change the massage rollers’ location to match the user’s height. These are advanced programs built to produce the best possible massage any time you sit in a chair.
A massage therapist can also adjust your massage depending on your height and weight. Unlike a massage chair, a massage therapist isn’t restricted if you tend to be unusually small or big and tall.
Some Massage Chairs have Zero Gravity.
Some massage chairs offer zero gravity positioning. Zero gravity is a reclined position that places the user’s legs above their heart. This position was inspired by NASA and is a natural position for humans.
Receiving a massage while in the zero gravity position enhances the benefit of the massage. While in zero gravity most of the user’s weight is placed on the backrest relieving pressure and stress of the spine. With the legs above the heart, the blood circulation is improved.
Privacy and Convenience
Privacy is one of the most significant factors why people invest in a massage chair. You don’t have to worry about removing your clothes and having a stranger touch you. It can be uncomfortable for some to have specific areas of the body massaged by a therapist, like the glutes for example.
If you are uncomfortable during a massage it can prevent you from receiving the maximum benefits. Being able to receive a massage in the comfort of your own home, by yourself, anytime you want is one of the best benefits of owning a massage chair.
With a massage chair, you do miss the human interaction. However, some massage chairs come with speakers and Bluetooth capabilities. You can call your favorite person or you can relax while listening to your favorite music or podcast. Some may choose to enjoy their massage in silence.
A good massage chair can cost thousands of dollars, depending on the features, model, and brand. If you want a high-quality massage chair, you may want to save up around €5000+. Compared to a human massage that will cost you about €50 to €100+ per hour. It can be a little more expensive than this depending on where you live and what type of massage you want.
If we talk about cost over time, massage chairs are a one-time payment, unless you need to finance. Massage chairs will have a manufacturer warranty to protect your investment in case something goes wrong.
Massage chairs can last for several years, depending on the usage and quality. When we talk about cost over time, massage chair therapy can be more cost-efficient than having to pay a massage therapist every time you need or want a massage.
Massage therapists are here because they help you relax, relieve stress, and work out sore tired muscles. You can always ask them to focus on the areas of your choice. From the sole of your foot to the top of your head, they can massage it for you. They are educated and know what areas need to be massaged to relieve certain pains.
Most massage chairs already come with pre-programmed massages. They are a great alternative to a massage therapist. If you want to concentrate on a specific area of your body you can choose what area (depending on model), intensity, speed, and massage technique in the manual mode.
Some massage chairs have more flexibility in choosing what area you can manually massage than others. Most chairs also come with arm, calf, and foot massage and offer a heat option.
One of the significant differences between a massage chair and massage therapists is consistency. A massage session from a human massage therapist will vary depending on who the massage therapist is. It can be difficult to receive the same consistency when using the same therapist.
A massage chair is already programmed to deliver fixed massage therapy. The performance wouldn’t change no matter how long you want it to operate. Some massage chairs available today have user memory settings that remember your personal preferences once you’ve set them.
Massage therapists work to relax muscles, reduce tension, and focus on troubled areas to remove muscle knots. Below are some of the techniques that you can expect when visiting a massage therapist:
Effleurage – Uses a circular stroking motion and lotion or oil is typically used.
Friction – Uses pressure while moving back and forth or in a circular motion using the balls of the fingers or thumb.
Vibration – A technique that presses and releases tissue in an up and downward motion.
Petrissage – Uses deep pressure to relieve muscle knots and spasms.
Tapotement – A rhythmic percussion typically given by the edge of the hand used in a Swedish massage.
Massage therapists should recognize which strategies to administer to which muscles to achieve the most significant outcome. They can also listen to your suggestions to give you the treatment you like, whether it’s deep tissue, kneading, or gentle contact.
Like massage therapists, massage chairs offer a variety of massage techniques. Here are just some of the massage techniques that you may find with massage chairs:
Kneading – Uses pressure by lifting the muscle in circular and upwards motions.
Rolling – Gently rolled in a continuous forward motion
Swedish – Uses long gliding strokes
Grasping – Rhythmic squeezing of soft tissues
Shiatsu – Rhythmic pressure
Massage chairs have an assortment of choices and depending on the model will have options for intensity &/or speed adjustments. Options like heat, air compression, zero gravity, and foot massage allow you to customize your massage. You can run an automatic or manual massage program, depending on your needs.
In terms of convenience, massage chairs are the best option. A massage chair allows you to enjoy a massage anytime you want in the comfort of your own home. You can start your day with a massage and end your day with a massage. When you own a massage chair you and your family can enjoy it when and where you want.
Convenience of a Massage Chair
With a human massage therapist, you’ll have to schedule a treatment that fits your schedule. You’ll also have to get dressed and ready to drive to town or wherever the therapist lives or works. Again, maybe it’s worth it for you to do this or maybe you want a massage at home.
Massage chairs are incredibly convenient for people that don’t have a lot of time on their hands. These machines are available anytime you want a massage. Massage chairs are available with a wide variety of options and price points.
Having an expert massage therapist will certainly give an outstanding massage. Although close, not even the best massage chair is exactly the same as the human touch you receive from a massage therapist. The biggest drawback of having treatment with a professional therapist is that it can cost you more time and money in the long run. You will also have to drive to their place of business and work around their schedule.
These are just some of the differences when comparing a massage chair vs massage therapist. By looking at the pros and cons of each option you’ll be able to choose which is best for you.
Massage chairs offer a high level of relaxation when you want to unwind and feel pampered. Due to the investment a chair requires, though, it can leave you wondering, “Are massage chairs worth it?” There are some important things you should learn about before purchasing to avoid feeling buyer’s remorse later.
Although you can visit a professional masseuse, it might be difficult to schedule the appointments if you have a busy lifestyle. With repeat sessions, you will also spend a lot of money over time. You will also have to drive to and from your massage therapist, which also eats into your time.
What Makes Massage Chairs Worth the Money?
- A Massage Chair Gives You Consistency
- You Get Privacy with Your Own Massage Chair
- Potentially Improved Relief and Comfort
- Some Massage Chairs Have Memory Settings
- Your Chair Is Always Available to You
- Massage Chairs Have Many Useful Features
- The Overall Cost
- Advanced Technology
Massage chairs are an investment there is no doubt about that, so you need to consider if they are worth the money and a wise purchase. Become informed so you can make the right decision for your personal needs.
Please see below for some good reasons that the right massage chair may be worth your money.
A Massage Chair Gives You Consistency
One of the main reasons many people opt for purchasing a massage chair is because of the consistency it offers. Massage chairs deliver the same results and soothing features every time. They are mechanical, so you will always know what to expect when it is time to sit down and relax.
If you just want the same massage every time you sit in your chair, then that is what you will get. You also do not have to worry about the pressure of the chair being too hard or gentle since you can control these conditions in most models.
With a massage therapist, you most likely will not get the same massage each time. A particular masseuse may have tired hands on the day you visit. You may also decide to change masseuses from time to time if you are not happy with a specific one.
Also, not all massage therapists may be as skilled and qualified as they should, which means the type of massage you get can vary. A therapist may not be aware of what you prefer. You may prefer firmer massages, or you might want something gentler on the muscles.
Using a massage chair can offer peace of mind because the massage you had yesterday is the same massage you will have today and that is one of the many benefits of massage chairs. You will not have to worry about any surprises and can make minor adjustments to the chair if you prefer something slightly different.
You also will not have to worry about feeling uncomfortable asking a real person to adjust their massage technique if you do not like what they are doing. Many people are hesitant to speak up and communicate with a massage therapist out of fear of offending him or her. You can get what you want when using a massage chair with how you program it to work and operate. You cannot offend a massage chair.
Massage chairs may also be necessary if you have yet to find someone near your home or office who delivers the right massage. You may have already spent quite a bit of money on several massage therapists, trying to find the right one for your specific needs. With your massage chair as your own personal “therapist,” you will get consistent and gratifying massages every time.
You Get Privacy with Your Own Massage Chair
Some people are not comfortable with getting a massage in a new setting with a stranger, especially with the skin-to-skin contact that a massage entail. Massages can be deeply personal and require having someone’s hands on you even if you just met that person only minutes before.
You may feel vulnerable and uncomfortable with the interaction due to a lack of familiarity, which can make it difficult to feel at ease.
A massage chair can be worth the money because you can enjoy getting a massage on each part of your body in the comfort of your home. You can feel more at ease and close your eyes without feeling uncomfortable with a stranger’s presence in the room.
Massage Chair and Privacy
It is important to ask yourself how much you value your privacy to determine if a massage chair is worth the investment. The goal of the chair is to help your body feel looser, more flexible and pain-free. Are massage chairs worth the money? If you value your privacy while getting a massage, they certainly are.
Potentially Improved Relief and Comfort
You may be wondering, “Should I buy a massage chair?”. By investing in a quality massage chair, it can allow you to experience better relief and comfort. Instead of relying on massage rollers that you hold in your hand or basic foot massagers, you can get a better experience from a massage chair, especially an advanced one.
The design of the most chairs allows a big part of your body to get a massage to help you experience overall relief within minutes.
Potential Pain Relief
Although it may be an investment, the improvement the chair offers for your health and wellness can be worth the price to ensure you have more mobility and can participate in more activities.
Some Massage Chairs Have Memory Settings
This is kind of like being able to get the same masseuse every single time that remembers exactly what you like. Some massage chairs come with user memory settings which allows you to save your favourite massage settings. Doing this will allow you to get to your favourite massage quickly. This is a nice feature, and you will appreciate it after a long day.
Your Chair Is Always Available to You
Well, unless your electricity is out. But in all reality, if you happen to wake up in the middle of the night with an aching back or other body part, and if you have your ideal massage chair in your home, you may be able to get the relief you are looking for right in the next room.
You likely have a busy schedule each day, making it hard to find the time to book an appointment with a massage therapist. You must work around that individual’s hours and appointments, and you also must travel to their location, meaning you must fight traffic and weather conditions. Some people may want more frequent massages but cannot work this out within their schedules.
Massage chairs are always available to use. Do you fancy early morning massages, or are you more of a night owl? With your own personal massage chair, you can get your massage whenever you want. You do not have to wait several days for a massage therapist to have an opening on their schedule. You can get a massage as frequently as you prefer, at any time during the day or night, on the weekend, on a holiday—it is your chair, and it is your schedule.
You also do not have to wait too long for relief once you start experiencing pain. If you have difficulty sleeping at night and have discomfort, walk right on over to your chair to get the massage you need at that very moment. Also, how many masseuses work in the middle of the night? We are not picking on masseuses, as they have their place, but we think you get our point.
Massage Chairs Have Many Useful Features
Massage chairs continue to evolve and have become quite advanced. Massage chairs have a variety of cool features to provide a high level of accommodation and comfort.
When upgrading to a higher-end model, you can take advantage of useful features that may include 3D or 4D massage rollers, zero gravity, Bluetooth speakers, and a space saving design. Each model is different, so you will need to verify the features of each model before purchasing.
The Overall Cost
You likely have a price in the back of your mind as you shop around for a massage chair, even if you have a large budget. Most decent massage chairs cost at least €3,000, with some costing more than €10,000.
Although this may still be a high price for some people, it is important to keep in mind that a massage from a therapist can get expensive quickly when you figure in the cost for the treatment, gas to get there, and your time. Depending on how often you would like to get a massage, going to a masseuse several times during a year can quickly add up to thousands of dollars spent.
Buying a new chair may have a higher up-front cost, but it can pay for itself in the long run. You can continue to use a high-quality chair for many years, and you can also share the chair with your adult family members to ensure everyone receives the health benefits it offers, if they do not have any pre-existing medical conditions. If they do, they will want to get approval from their doctor before using a massage chair.
The latest and greatest chairs all have advanced technology features. Many chairs offer things like body scanning technology. With the use of pressure and optical sensors, the chairs can customize their different rollers to accommodate your shape and height. There are even different types of chairs that can prescribe for you a specific treatment after reviewing your body type.
3D rollers are great feature that can mimic the movement and feel of hands massaging your back, arms and legs.
Below is an example of how 3D massage rollers can move.
An example of 3D massage rollers movement.
Although it can be hard to replace a real person with a machine, 3D rollers have more movement of depth and do not just move from side to side or up and down like 2D rollers.
Most all modern massage chairs come with air bags that work in unison with the rollers. These air bags can perform a compression massage or promote blood circulation while stimulating different muscles in the body. They can squeeze and release different areas that you want to target.
Chair manufacturers have invested millions of dollars into advanced rollers to ensure they offer a lifelike massage that feels like human hands-on different areas of the body. Minor adjustments and tweaks over the years have made the experience more realistic to make you forget you are sitting in a mechanical chair.
The comfort and relief you experience could also allow you to avoid visiting the chiropractor as frequently for added savings with your time and money.
So, are massage chairs good? That is a vague question because each person is different. The key to buying a massage chair is choosing the right one for you, and the way to do that is learn about the features or reach out to us for advice and maybe a recommendation.
The long list of benefits just described should outweigh the costs and make the purchase worth it for many. The cost of a massage chair also offers insight into its value because of its ability, with all its features and technology, to help improve your level of comfort and, ultimately, your quality of life.
Evaluating the pain and discomfort you experience throughout the year can also allow you to determine how beneficial a massage chair can be for your health. Ask yourself how likely you are to use the chair—will it be once a day or once a week?
Each person’s physical needs vary, depending on any injuries they have suffered or any acute pain they experience from time to time. Knowing how much you are likely to use the chair will allow you to determine if it is worth the cost rather than visiting a professional on a regular basis.
It is also important to keep in mind that not all massage chairs are equal. Each model and brand vary with the available features, the design, the size and the comfort level. It is important to do your research to ensure you find something that is specific to what you need.
You will generally feel better with a product that will target the areas you need relief in and can work well for your long-term needs to ensure you get plenty of use out of it.
We mentioned this previously, but if you or anyone else that would be using the massage chair has pre-existing medical conditions you would want to get a doctor’s approval before using any massage chair.
Why a 15 minutes massage is so important every day?
Benefits can be split in two categorize, short term which you can feel right away after treatment and long term which can be felt for days, weeks, years.
A short term right after getting a massage you will feel more relaxed, stress free, less muscle pain, no headaches, more energy etc.
A long term effect after a massage can be better blood flow, better sleep, no muscle tension, better digestion etc.
Why should I purchase from Masatto Limited ?
In our logo you can find the following sentence ‘’you are in good hands’’. We wanted and have successfully created our business around the customers because they are more important than anything else.
We promise you that purchasing a massage chair from us will be a headache free process.
We have a showroom where you can try the chairs before you decide which one you would like to take home and you know how the chair feels and looks like before delivering it to your home and not just guessing by a picture and description from a website.
Prices include delivery, assembly because the chairs weighs from 100 to 250 kg but also we want to make sure it works perfectly. After assembly we also do a small presentation, technical explanation even if you already been to our showroom to make sure you know how the chair works.
We don’t leave the chair at a deposit to be collected or leave it in front of your house but we also take all the boxes and packaging which sometimes can be even 4o kg.
In the case if something goes wrong with the chair, which rarely happens, we change the faulty part right away at your place so we don’t even have to take it away.
We don’t come up with excuses to charge you more if it breaks down.
Why is it in your interest to visit our showroom?
We have a showroom where you can try the chair to make sure you are happy with your investment and make the decision by the performance, design of the chair and not by a description and picture on a website.
We also recommend the showroom because some chairs seem very similar based on their description, but when you come to the showroom and try them you can feel the difference.
Why is it so important to know how to choose a massage chair?
The chairs have different functions, upgrades the same as people have different needs. That’s one of the reasons why we have a showroom to explain which chair fulfils all your needs. We always make sure that the customer understands the why behind the function of every chair.
Some people are so budget and design oriented, that they don’t even consider if the chair is the right choice for them. It’s the same as purchasing a new home, good price, it looks good but does it feel like home?
Why would you look somewhere else to buy?
We actually encourage people to look around and see the services but also offers that the market provides, because we stand by our products and we know it’s the best on the market at the moment. We always do market research to make sure we have best at the best price possible.
There are many reasons why a chair from a different seller might seem cheaper, our representatives are there to guide you and explain that it might not be as good as it sounds on a long term. Most of the times there is a catch and you know sometimes when it seems too good to be true, it is.
