Refer-a-Friend Program Terms and Conditions

Program Overview

Our Refer-a-Friend Program rewards existing customers for successfully referring new buyers to our products/services.

Referral Rewards

  • €300 Gift Voucher: Awarded for successful referrals made within the first 3 months from the date of purchase shown on your invoice.
  • €150 Gift Voucher: Awarded for successful referrals made after the first 3 months from the date of purchase shown on your invoice

Definition of “Successful Referral”

  1. For the €300 Gift Voucher (within first 3 months):
    • The referred buyer must make a deposit within 3 months from the date of your purchase.
    • The referred buyer must eventually complete full payment.
  2. For the €150 Gift Voucher (after 3 months):
    • The referred buyer must complete full payment.
    • No deposit timing requirement applies.

Voucher Issuance

  1. All vouchers (both €300 and €150) will only be issued after the referred buyer has paid in full.
  2. Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Vouchers will be issued within 5 business days after the referred buyer’s full payment is confirmed.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Referrer must be an existing customer with a completed purchase.
  2. The referred buyer must be a new customer.
  3. Self-referrals are not eligible.
  4. Referrer must provide the required information to identify them as the source of the referral.

General Terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time.
  2. We reserve the right to verify all referrals before issuing rewards.
  3. Any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program.
  4. Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  5. This program is void where prohibited by law.
  6. Additional restrictions may apply.
