Do you offer finance, and is it really 0% interest?
Yes. We offer 0% APR finance through Humm, spread over up to 24 months with no deposit required. That means you can spread the cost of your chair with no interest charges at all. Your specialist can work out the exact monthly repayment for the model you’re interested in during your showroom visit or consultation call.
Can I try a massage chair before I buy it?
Absolutely — we’d always recommend it. Our Dublin showroom offers free, no-obligation testing by appointment, so you can sit in and try our different models with a specialist on hand to talk you through the programmes and settings. A massage chair is a long-term investment, and trying before you buy is the best way to know it’s right for you.
Where is your showroom, and do I need to book?

What’s the difference between your chair collections?
We group our range into three collections to make choosing easier: Essential Performance models are our accessible, daily-use chairs built for everyday relaxation and general back and muscle relief; Precision Experience models step up to more advanced 3D/4D roller technology and more targeted massage programmes; and Signature Luxury models — like our dual-core 4D chairs — are our top-tier range, built for the most advanced, full-body therapeutic experience. What warranty comes with a Masatto massage chair?
Every chair comes with a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering parts, labour and service in full. After that, an additional 3-year extended coverage period applies, giving you 5 years of support in total — during the extended period, on-site visits and video consultations are available, with a call-out fee applying to repairs. Full terms are on our warranty page, and your specialist can talk you through what’s covered before you buy.
Do you deliver and set up the chair, or do I have to do it myself?
For deliveries within Ireland, we provide free, white-glove delivery and professional installation — our team brings the chair to your home, assembles it, and walks you through how to use it. You won’t be left unpacking a large box on your own.
Do you deliver outside Ireland, e.g. to the UK?
We can arrange deliveries outside Ireland, but the terms are different — delivery is via courier rather than our white-glove service, and your own team would need to handle unboxing and assembly. Support during the warranty period is also handled remotely (parts and guidance from us, with hands-on fixes done on your end) rather than with an on-site visit. If you’re ordering from outside Ireland, get in touch and we’ll walk you through exactly what to expect for your location.
Can a massage chair actually help with back pain or sciatica?
Many of our customers use their chairs specifically for everyday back pain, muscle tension and sciatica relief, and find real benefit from regular use. That said, a massage chair isn’t a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment — if you’re dealing with persistent or serious pain, it’s worth speaking to a doctor or physiotherapist first. What happens if my chair needs a repair after the warranty ends?
Once your 5 years of coverage (2-year full warranty plus 3-year extended support) has ended, our team is still available to help — get in touch and we’ll advise on parts, servicing and repair options.
